Wow, I just had the best time at the Sleep and CPAP Center! The owner is an absolute gem. She made me feel so cared for and totally took away all my worries. Seriously, her personality is incredible. My experience on the phone with Leonor was really wonderful and comforting that these people are professional and are going to take good care of me. I went and had my 2 sleep studies and the sleep techs were amazing. I used their sleep doctor, and l had to pay an extra 150.00 for her to talk about my sleep study with me. It wasn't detailed information for me but it was my first sleep study and l didn't know what to expect. Discovering you have sleep apnea is scary but thanks to the support of Bren and staff it has been a relief. Bren makes me feel like family because she is really patient, extremely knowledgeable and encouraging when it came to choosing my right mask. It was challenging for me but she helped me through that phase helping find my comfortable mask (comfortable mask is possible, initially I thought it was impossible but it is not). This is a nice place only reason I’m giving it a bad review is because they didn’t refund me the rest of my money for the CPAP rental. They told me it was $30 a week but ended up charging $100 for a month which I think it was suppose to be $90 but anyways I needed it and I ended up using it for only 2 weeks so I wanted a refund back for the other 2 weeks but they said they don’t give refunds on CPAP rentals but they do take your money with no problem.
