Wow, I just had the best time at the Sleep and CPAP Center! The owner is an absolute gem. She made me feel so cared for and totally took away all my worries. Seriously, her personality is incredible. This place was excellent in all areas!!! The staff is amazing!! The kind and patient care I experienced is much appreciated!!! The entire staff was knowledgeable and accommodating!!! The facility rocks- so comfortable even with the wires worn for the sleep test.
This is the 3rd sleep lab I have visited for a mask fitting and it is the only time I have left satisfied with the service and the equipment I was provided. I am very large and the previous masks I tried were intolerable. Tori was really patient and dedicated to helping me find the right fit. I wore my new mask for the first time last night and was very satisfied by the fit and feel. The lab is also very clean and well maintained. First, I want to emphasize that the staff is great, the facilities are super clean and the decoration is outstanding (one inexperienced guy shouldn't be the face of all). Since my first review I went back, talked to the owner and staff. They went above and beyond to make sure my expectations were met. In this case a bad choice of words from an employee neglected the customer's rights and I just wasn't patient enough to do the dance; so I just left.
