Dealing with anyone from billing and insurance Isn’t easy at all. Don’t even bother calling. Half the time you can’t even understand the representatives. I’m going to have to dispute the 100 dollars I paid to have a home sleep study. It’s been almost a month and I haven’t received anything. My advice call and ask questions 😂 good luck with that.
The good? The physician assistants are great. They listen and more importantly explain the process. The bad? Dealing with anyone from billing and insurance questions isn’t easy at all. If they fix that problem I would say 5 stars all the way.
