Started my adventure with N.R. PA-C thought it went great, we seemed to connect and were on the same page with treatment. Her enthusiasm to get things going was super impressive, until I got home. Before my first visit, I'd read some reviews of the Sleep Clinic at NAH and thought, uh-oh, maybe I should try to go somewhere else. But my experience here has not only been much better than I'd expected---it's been great. While I did have to make one follow-up call after leaving a voice mail that hadn't been returned a couple of days later, that was the only time communication hasn't been five stars. Really poor communication amongst everyone here. Phone calls are never answered, voicemails are not returned in a timely manner. My sleep study was delayed several months because I never received the scheduling call. Details about my sleep study were incorrect when I did finally get in. At the time of the sleep study booking I also booked a telemed follow up, when I recently called to confirm I was told it was in-person.
