This place is amazing!! Not only do they take the time to teach you about the machine but they call to check on you and monitor how you are doing!! Malea is amazing at her job for sure!! Also I really appreciate that the facility is handicapped accessible as a lot of places will say they are on Google but they really aren't. I feel like I'm in very capable hands!! I'm very thankful!! DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!!!!!!! Where to begin. After filling out a "confidential" survey in regards to my treatment, i was finally able to get a call returned. after over a dozen calls, I was chastised for calling the wrong number " when i was given a direct phone number" The follow up call as it was labeled was to help me learn how to use my machine. just like at the mask fitting i again have simple questions that can't be answered. the only thing the person on the phone could bother to do was advise me to return to my doct... read more
I have been tested at 5 different locations. This was by far the best sleep test I have ever had. The staff were great and made me feel comfortable. The room was very clean and the bed was somewhat comfortable. They even had TV in my room to take my mind off of things. I just wish the coffee would have been made when I was getting ready to leave.
