There customer service sucks
I went in to order a mattress on the 20th of February. I was told that my mattress would be delivered within two weeks. Today I called (exactly two weeks later) and I was told that my mattress would not be here for yet another week. When I asked for a refund, I was told that they would mail me a check and that I could have a cash refund, despite the fact that I paid in cash at their location.
