In 1997, Gino Marcello - a born and bred Rochesterian - opened the first Sleep City store on West Henrietta Road near Marketplace Mall and began what has grown into Rochester's most respected mattress company,now with locations in Greece and Webster New York. Gino was determined to provide mattress shoppers with an easy, hassle-free way to buy a mattress. He successfully achieved this goal through a friendly, low-pressure sales approach and by partnering with manufacturers that stood behind their products, mainly Serta.

I would highly suggest this place. They have always provide excellent care when it comes to selecting a new mattress.
I have been to Sleep City numerous times for different reasons however the end result was the same- fantastic service. I would definitely recommend going to Sleep City, I have received a couple mattresses for my house along with furniture.
I received a brand new Serta mattress from here. I absolutely love it, and the best part of all of it was I was not hassled into getting it. They were knowledgeable and courteous!
I went to this location to find a new mattress, I was so surprised to know how many different mattresses there was. I was thrilled to know that the staff there had unbelievable knowledge about each one of them!

After shopping around the area Sleep City was definitely the right decision. I was impressed with the staff and I never once felt overwhelmed. I love my futon!
Over the years I've purchased various beds and futons from Sleep City and each time I've been pleased. There's a great selection and the staff is always beyond helpful.
I bought a futon from here a few months ago and I have to say I've been so impressed with the quality and the service I got from Sleep City.
My two sons were in need of new mattresses and we decided to go with bunk beds. We had a great time picking them out and I'm very happy with the bed that the boys picked. Its safe and sturdy and the guy at the store helped us get a great deal. I'll definitely be coming back here when I'm in need of a new bed.
