I’m not too happy with their follow-up program! I drove all the way over to Huntsville for a follow-up appointment with Christina and was told when I got there, my appointment had been canceled due to an emergency. Someone would call to reschedule. That never happened, so after a few weeks, I called them. I got no answer so I left a message for them to call me back. That never happened !
They're always kind, professional, and really listen to you.
I completed my sleep study over 2 months ago. I call for my results and everytime they put me on hold and the phone hangs up. I wouldn’t not recommend this place.
When I went for my sleep study they done a decent job hooking me up and taking care of me. But as soon as I walked in it smelled like marijuana. Later on that night I over heard some of the employees talking about one of them sleeping with the boss they seemed a little jealous. Lol so they may want to pop a few random drug test and keep a better eye on their employees.
it started out great. The sleep study went well and the nurse practitioner I met with was really nice and helpful, but it went downhill after that. She said she would write a referral for a dentist to see about an oral appliance. This was on June 3. It is now August and no referral has been sent. I’ve called several times with no response. I got a call back I think once and somebody answered one time and had an attitude and acted like I was inconveniencing them.
