Great experience, nice staff, great communication throughout everything.
I'm not sure why there are so many recent negative reviews - this office is wonderful! They called me within a week to schedule my sleep study and they were very thorough on the phone about the 'dos' and 'dont's' before my study so I felt prepared and had a better idea of what it was going to be like. My technician Megan was absolutely wonderful, answered any questions that I had and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. This staff has been really great. They really take the time to explain everything from the very start of the study up to the point of acquiring a machine and how it operates to make it more user friendly.
My husband and I both go there. The staff have been really great friendly nice and helpful. Our health has improved since the CPAP.
Never again. Absolutely the worst. Terrible record keeping. Terrible communication. Terrible customer service. How this company stays in business is a mystery. The only thing they seem to be good at is billing. Never again.
