My husband had an appointment with them over 1 month ago. They asked that we get his previous sleep study records as his previous doctor was no longer in practice. We obtained those. They were emailed to them. They were "supposed to order the newer bipap" that was 3 weeks ago. No return calls, no response to emails. NO RESULTS. This is poor service and lacks attention to patient needs. Had my husband been without a bipap and had to wait this long the damage could be irreparable. Please find somewhere else to go.
I have been extremely disappointed with the communication and patient service I have received from this office, and unfortunately the problems started before I even completed my sleep study. Before my study, I could not access the patient portal to complete the required paperwork. I called for assistance for three days and left a voicemail that was never returned.
