We upgraded from a queen to a king with an adjustable base and moved the queen we purchased exactly 14 years ago from Sleep Center into our son’s room. LOTS of joy in our house thanks to Sleep Center in Ocala!!

I personally haven't used them yet but I know several people who are very satisfied with their experience. I need to replace my 16 year old mattresses that are causing me severe sleep problems but being low income with bad credit puts that low on the list of needs. My problem is now with major medical issues I feel like I am suffocating and wake up several times a night wet with sweat because my mattresses and bedding feel so hot to lie on!

Good prices, very clean store, and very friendly staff.
We were happy with our $2000 + purchase less than 4 years ago until we tried to get help with a collapsed mattress with a 20 year warranty. Were told they no longer carry Simmons because of that problem. Only help they gave was the public warranty number for Simmons. They should have at least given us a name and contact number for the warranty dept. The district manager didn't even offer to talk to us. Their promise when we bought the mattress and base was if you have any problems just let us know. Apparently that was just a... read more

Unfortunately, the quality and craftsmanship that Simmons had been known for began to rapidly deteriorate. As a locally owned company it's important we fully believe in the products we sell. I have to say that I am completely satisfied with the service and commitment of the Sleep Center here in Ocala. The manager Wil, as well and the other sales people have been top notch in my opinion. My first mattress did not work for me, since I needed a more firm mattress (although my husband thought it felt great). They accommodated us with a comfort switch new mattress with very little cost for the exchange.
