Worst bedside manner I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. As a female, he proceeded to go under my clothes just to do basic things that everywhere else can do above my T-shirt. Also treats women like they’re hysterical idiots and just not happy with life when they ask questions about their healthcare. Sleep study was great. Dr. Is horrible
I had a sleep study with Sleep Center of NWI in March. Chrissy, the tech, was just amazing and Dr. Jacobus has been very thorough with me. I have had sleep apnea for many years, and the process of getting a new machine was explained well. Rebecca, the tech that fitted me for my new machine, was outstanding with a very warm sense of humor. The only reason I am not giving five stars is because there is no online bill pay for them. Told me they would follow up. I've called them multiple times and left voicemails since they are yet to answer during business hours. They haven't followed up or called back and it's been at least a month.
Chrissy was my sleep tech. She made the entire appointment so effortless & welcoming. Her kindness made me feel more at ease. Thank you Chrissy!
I strongly advise against visiting the Sleep Center of Northwest Indiana. I had to get my CPAP machine recalibrated, but my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon meeting the Dr. Emilio Soria, I found him difficult to understand and dismissive of my concerns. He wasted an hour of my time and money reviewing my paperwork, which was billed to me and my insurance as a joke. His sole focus was on conducting a sleep study and billing for it.
