I have serious reservations about Doctor Emilio Soria. Patient has had sleep apnea for over 10 years as confirmed by testing and a physician near our prior home. We moved here, needed help and had a sleep study and consultation with Dr. Soria. He opined that patient did not have sleep apnea despite being told that patient was awake during the testing time he referenced, and demonstrated symptoms when patient was asleep and back sleeping. I asked if I could move in! Obviously, if you’re here, you have some underlying issues that need addressing. My doctor referred me but I didn’t know what to expect. First, it is a beautiful facility, in a peaceful location. I was there from 8p to 6a. I have had sleep issues for most of my life. I had a very bad experience with Emilio Soria. He was quick to tell me that I breath fine and there was nothing he could do with me. He did no tests besides check my lungs. After that he began to tell me my problem was my meds I am on and what could he even possibly do for me. I tried to explain to him, being a sleep specialist, that I need feed back. I don't want to take these meds that only sometimes help. Chrissy and Noah were my sleep techs and they were excellent. The room was very comfortable. Disappointed I was never able to make an appointment with the sleep specialist... Dr. Soria doesn't see patients; he only reads sleep studies. If you are looking for a one-on-one relationship with a doctor who will help you improve sleep, this is not a good place for you.
