How can this business remain open? Impossible to speak with anyone at ************ All calls answered by the Philippines. I ask to be transferred to the *********** and even they can?t reach them. 4.5 months into recovery from stroke caused by Covid 19. The 1st 3 months are crucial to ************. They never call me back no matter how many voicemails I leave them. And their online Contact Us form on their website doesn't work no matter how many times they try.
Since the Sleep Center converted to Aetna's billing system I have nothing but problems. The bills are incorrect--charging me for services on dates I have never been to the office as well as charging me for services I paid in full while in the office. I have tried my best to straighten this out since Nov 2023 but it requires calls and visits to their location which never resolve anything! I will be filing a complaint about this provider and services.
After a four-year experience with this establishment, it is with regret that I am unable to provide a higher rating. The consistent negligence and miscommunication among the staff have greatly impacted my opinion. One notable instance was when they completely forgot about my narcolepsy diagnosis, leading to distress and confusion when scheduling a follow-up appointment.
