I would've gave zero stars if I could they'll make you do several long sleep studies, And tell you that your sleep looks normal but that they know that you have a lot of sleep issues and then tell you to download some apps to try to tell you how to sleep better, dr hayley told me this. What a joke I do not suggest going here it's a waste of time
I’ve had appointments at the sleep center and everyone there has been terrific! Wait was excellent. The volunteers are very friendly. The staff in the gift shop are all very helpful and the lady that makes coffee is so friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend this place.
I waited months to sit in an office for 10 minutes and have Dr Hussain tell me I don't have the sleep apnea I was diagnosed with previously. Then she told me to schedule an at-home sleep study. Afterward, I find out that waste of a visit has to be charged as a hospital visit (since the office is in a hospital building, cause that makes sense) and my insurance refuses to cover it as an office visit. I wish I would've listened to the reviews before I came here, a waste of time and money.
Dr Hussein looked at cpap data I told her i was not sleeping during time of data that I was having problems staying and falling asleep. She said no everything looks fine you eat less. She ran out so I went to the front desk I was handed a prescription for supplies but they never looked at my machine Her short report says she addressed all these things, did nothing in reality but lie and push me out quickly.
I was charged $250 to have a 30 minute conversation with Dr. Hussain (after waiting 2 hours post appointment time) , even though this falls within my Tier1 physician network. Also, Dr. Hussain was quite unpleasant and just made me feel bad about trying to fix my sleep apnea. No one is up front about the charges.
