This place is completely unprofessional. I called multiple times leading up to my daughter's scheduled sleep study and never received a call back. When we showed up for the appointment, the building was dark, locked, and completely empty—no staff, no signs, nothing. We wasted our time waiting for and preparing for this, only to be completely ignored. If this is how they handle scheduling, I can’t imagine trusting them with actual medical care.
