Our toddler needed to have a sleep study done and this was the sleep lab that our pulmonologist told us to go to. We were a little concerned at first seeing the 1 star Google rating, but being a nurse myself, I know how ratings can be deceiving when it comes to healthcare. We had a great experience. This place is completely unprofessional. I called multiple times leading up to my daughter's scheduled sleep study and never received a call back. When we showed up for the appointment, the building was dark, locked, and completely empty—no staff, no signs, nothing. We wasted our time waiting for and preparing for this, only to be completely ignored. If this is how they handle scheduling, I can’t imagine trusting them with actual medical care.
