Office has bad attitude and yes, you’re too busy. Get the tightwad to hire more and more pleasant folks. Listen to your patients and stop telling us how great you are. We don’t care. Be a proactive listener. Being predisposed to trying to talk your patients into your decided machines is a mortal sin. People that see doctors generally need them. Be a helper not a braggert. Trying to help future patients here. Try to explain that away.
This place is by far best that I have seen for my ear!! Dr Franklin and the other doctors really care about there patients!! If you ever have ent problems you should go here!!
Dr. Franklin is by far the BEST doctor I’ve ever seen. He clearly cares about his patients and is super good at what he does. Going to him for treatment for chronic sinus issues has been a complete game changer for me and I couldn’t be happier. His entire office staff is lovely and always dote only little ones when I am there to the point they LOVE going to the ENT! It’s also super helpful as a mom to have it be so easy to bring them with me when I need to have an appointment.... which is now very rare thanks to how effectiv... read more
Doctor Franklin has a friendly staff and was able to get me into his office with little notice. I appreciate him working me into his schedule. I was dizzy and could not hear out of one ear and wasn't sure what was causing it. Other Doctors were telling me they could fit me in to their schedule in 2-3 weeks. He was able to diagnose the problem and set my fears to rest. Great Job Doctor Franklin. Thank you.
