I was called to set up a sleep study by sand. The only way he could have been more disengaged would have been to hang up. He was awful. He gave me an appt 2 months out and yet he was telling me I could die from sleep apnea. I asked what I could do in the meantime. He said sleep in a chair. I felt like he was saying I don’t give a dam.
I'm trying to get a CPAP machine for the past 2 yrs. This was my first visit, the visit was great everyone was very nice and Dr. Sand was great. Customer service is other thing when you call was not good. I called to get an update and was told we will call you back, this happen about 4 times and no one calls you back. Every time I call they say we will call you back and never happens. Here I go again waiting on other call back that they say its going to happen. NOT VERY HELPFUL..
My wife had a sleep study last night and since it was such a far drive I stayed with her. From the moment we checked in the staff was super courteous and professional. Initially they offered me my own room so I can I have a full sized bed but unfortunately my wife’s condition requires someone to monitor her often so they offered to bring in a cot which was pretty comfy compared to others I’ve slept on. I came to spend the night for a sleep study and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. Even though I arrived late to my appointment, due to a family emergency I had to take care of first (I even explained that to the tech), she was really rude and just did not want to be there. The tech doing the test was named CARA, she had the worst ever attitude that I have experienced at any medical facility.
