1st visit on 12-2-26 went great. Did my sleep study at home no problem. I didn't qualify for Inspire. I was told to wait on approval of a cpap machine. I called back 2, 4, 5 and 6 weeks then again 2 months later speaking with someone that said the office manager would get back with me. 4 months has passed with no call back...Not sure what the issue is. BCBS said it should take less than a week to get approval but it was never put in for. Seems like once I didn't qualify for Inspire I was kicked to the curb...
BLUF Dr. Sara Munjampalli is an awesome doctor. The clinic staff are very polite and helpful. My experience have been 5☆, from sleep study to follow up appointments!

Dr Sara and her staff are very professional and caring.
I absolutely love Dr Sara! She is so personable and compassionate. I always feel comfortable at every appointment. Her staff is just as friendly. The whole office staff and their patients are a big family!
