I was reluctant about writing my review, but after today’s conversation, I felt the need to. For the last several months, have been going back & forth with the office regarding Zepbound. It was her office & not my primary provider who suggested it. They have been giving me the run around with my insurance.. claiming they have contacted the Pharmacy who was to provide the Zepbound. No one ever answers the phone there...
I called Thurs to make appt, got recording which said they will call me within 24 hours - they did! Received an appt for Monday. Receptionist was very nice, processed me in & took me to waiting room to fill out paperwork. The second I was done a nice young lady said we are ready for you - perfect timing! The PA is outstanding! Knowledgeable, friendly & listened!! Thanks.
Everyone at Dr. Sara sleep clinic is so very nice an concerning.
