If it let me give 0 I would, they robbed 1200 $ and was in and out with appointments for 3 months of 45 minutes drive but still they couldn’t give my son oral appliance to help him with sleep apnea it’s all fraud
The only reason they are getting a second star is the oral appliance really does work great for mild sleep apnea. I sleep great now. HOWEVER, double check your insurance payment. They charged me a lot of money which is fine, I knew it was going to be, but they delayed sending their claim to my insurance company. I'm hoping this wasn't intentional because had I not caught it at the end of the year I might have missed an almost $700 overpayment I made to them. I went here after having a balloon sinsoplasty that left me still snoring. Rene' was fantastic and attentive. She tried a few fittings and found the right one on her first try. I'm sleeping better, and quieter than I have in years.
I was referred to Sleep Better Illinois due to snoring and sleep apnea. Renee evaluated and measured me for a mouth apparatus. She was patient and answered all my questions. I have worn the oral apparatus and have not snored. My husband is sleeping better and even checked on me because I was so quiet! Thank you!
