I could NOT deal with wearing a CPAP and my doctor recommended I go to Sleep Better Idaho to see about a mouth appliance. Dr Oyler was awesome. He scanned my mouth in just a few minutes, had my appliance back in about 2 weeks, went over how to use it and it worked incredibly well. No more snoring but more importantly my apnea is also gone! I highly recommend Sleep Better Idaho!

I was surprised how easy of a transition from a C-pap machine to retainers. It’s a game changer. The app is user friendly and so is the entire staff friendly and helpful. If you want to ditch the machine I recommend you go in for a consultation. Now I have something that fits easily in my suitcase case without taking up room or an extra carry on when traveling.
