I would steer clear of this practice. It seems like a sham. Based on my experience, they are not truthful, do not stand by their word and engage in 'bait and switch" tactics. They set an appointment for services that were covered 100% by insurance (deductible and out-of-pocket maximum already met). However, at the appointment, the story changed and the financial counselor wanted to charge over $1,300. They acknowledged their original misrepresentation. I felt like I was in capable hands when I had my recent consult with Dr. Rodgers and his staff. I look forward to trying my new Dental device to help with my sleep apnea. I drove from West Cobb for this appointment, so I have high expectations for success.
Don't know if I am sleeping much better, but my wife says my snoring has stopped.
Sleep Better, Georgia is a most professional and courteous practice. I felt like a valued patient, even though this was my first visit. Dr. Rodgers is cordial, well-spoken and was very good at answering my questions. I am looking forward to receiving my new oral appliance.
