I never experienced the classic symptoms of sleep apnea like tiredness and sleepiness, but I developed a lung wheezing and had frequent cold infections. If you’re anything like me, you wish you had dealt with something impacting your life sooner. For me, it was finally having a sleep study, which resulted in getting a CPAP due to sleep apnea.
