One star for this sloppy office. First of all, they never pick the calls nor return the calls. I got referral to this place from sinus and snoring. I went and they took the scans for my teeth. Before ordering, they said they got everything needed to order my dental device. After 2 weeks when I went, they said the device is coming that day but they can’t deliver it to me because they are missing note from sleep study from sinus and snoring office and they have been requesting it many times. Germina was excellent in explaining sleep study reports, recommended adjusting the oral device for better sleep and oxygen. Answered and explained all the questions. Friendly, supportive communication, atmosphere and great bedside manner. I am blessed to have them, as my provider with ease of access. I highly recommend Sleep Better.
