Horrible filthy place
As a caretaker, and retired trauma surgical nurse, I was so pleased with how Gi Gi and Roxanne cut through the red tape and made this a great experience. We had Jennifer as our tech, she went above and beyond, performing 2 tests.It was heart warming to have such an incredibly knowledgeable caring person taking care of us.It was really impressive to see how fast our Primary Care Physician received all the data.Thank you all for everything you do, sincerely, David Stuka M.S.P.S.,R.N.
It was a very comfortable experience and I was satisfied with the service.
Terrible all around… Firstly, the spring hill office is a shanty of an office with very unprofessional atmosphere…but I was willing to overlook this. Second, the instructions for the test machine had a web address with a video tutorial but when attempting to access it was password protected. Third, they requested I return my test machine at 9 at night because it would be convenient for them…so you are going to make a person that struggles with sleep drag their-self out of bed at a later hour? I did the in-facility sleep study in Spring Hill. The office, bedroom and restroom were filthy. The temp was 78 degrees and the tech balked at lowering it. It's been 3 weeks with no results. My doctor's office finally called 4 days ago...still nothing.
