i saw the other reviews and I don’t understand why they’re so low. this place was amazing, my last sleep study was in yale and it was a nightmare, but this place was amazing, I didn’t take a picture but the room looks like a hotel suite, the bed is extremely comfortable, they have a fan, the place is actually quiet so you can sleep good, the lady who was there so help me was so kind and I had a great time talking to her and they even had a tv in the room which they give you a remote for. Awful experience. Everything is a WAIT. Literal long waits to be seen for your appointments, when they haven’t been cancelled on you, long waits to verify insurance coverage, inconvenient hours, Dr. I is in Hamden office once a week and tremendously overbooked. Overnight sleep study was also a bad experience. Material used to place leads on my head stayed in my hair for 3 days, couldn’t get my fingers through it, pulled out a ton of hair, called to ask for advice as to what to use, never heard back.
