Awful experience. Everything is a WAIT. Literal long waits to be seen for your appointments, when they haven’t been cancelled on you, long waits to verify insurance coverage, inconvenient hours, Dr. I is in Hamden office once a week and tremendously overbooked. Overnight sleep study was also a bad experience. Material used to place leads on my head stayed in my hair for 3 days, couldn’t get my fingers through it, pulled out a ton of hair, called to ask for advice as to what to use, never heard back.
