Ran into a few bumps but overall have our hotub and enjoy it very much. The woman who works here (wish I knew her name) was wonderful from start to finish.
A great store that sells good quality products to help you relax or sleep better. Chris, the service manager and Eric the owner will make sure your purchase is a pleasant experience.
I can not rave enough about the service technicians that came out to service our x2000 swim spa. CHRIS WILDER and DAKOTA BLAIR are the type of professionals you want when a problem arises. They worked long and hard to troubleshoot a challenging issue in such oppressive heat. They were amazing and capable professionals and a pleasure to deal with.
I am very happy that Sleep and Spas hired the great Samantha Wright to handle any issues with my hot tub. Each issue was handled very professionally and with care as if they were her problems too. Thank you so much for your help and service!!
