After two years of trying to get appropriate service for our hot tub and electric Covana cover installed properly we had to take Sleep & Spa to Small Claims Court. The judge ruled in our favor and yet three months later, they haven't paid us. Their lack of professionalism and disrespect is appalling. I would advise going anywhere else to buy products!
