I enjoyed my visit with Dr Garrett Bird at the Sleep and Breathe Clinic. All the staff members were very friendly. Dr Bird spoke to me about my sleep apnea in terms I could easily understand and gave me tips to improve my sleep.
I have called about a billion times and left voicemails and texted this office and cannot get a response or anyone to answer. I have never had such a difficult time getting help from a business
Getting them on the phone for an appointment is impossible. They only communicate via text and even that's spotty. Told them my husband needed to come in to get DMV paperwork filled out and they stopped responding. Not helpful.
Will not answer the phone. I like Dr Bird but his support staff are horrible. After trying for days to get someone on the phone, I’ve resorted to walking in the office… that doesn’t seem right. Having them correspond with my doctor has also been a nightmare.
I'm a new patient. First visit today. The office was easy to find and a really nice office atmosphere. Greeted by Abbie who was exceptionally warm and helpful. They we super helpful with text communication when I had something come up and needed to reschedule. I saw Millie Dorsey, APRN and she really listened and I left feeling like I had a genuine advocate for success with my personal needs/goals. Highly recommend.
