I never leave bad reviews but I cannot let this one go! This place is such a scam, they will get you to pay for copay after copay and lead you on. They told me my insurance approved the appliance, took scans AND EVEN MADE THE DEVICE and everything! They were even so good to convince me to pay for this silly tongue therapy. $85 down the drain for that one. This whole office needs trained on better hygiene practices to protect patients. The doctor put on gloves before the exam and then ran her fingers through her hair multiple times while adjusting her loops before putting them in my mouth. She might as well just put her dirty hair in my mouth. Next, the tech was doing scans and holding the inside of my mouth with gloves on but she kept touching a keyboard and mouse during the scans to enter data that other people were also touching without gloves. Schedule weeks in advance to get last minute cancellation. No options to get another appointment in near future. Double standard for if you cancelled in less than 24 hours and get billed but they are okay in canceling in less than 24 hours on you and no recourse. Talked with scheduler, front desk and manager Julie. Would suggest looking for alternative options or companies to do business with.

I was referred her by Sleep Center of Nevada based on the results of my sleep study. When Sleep Center told me I had to get something i initially told them I didn’t want a c-pap so a mouth guard was suggested which I said okay to, so they referred me over to here for an appointment. But after doing research on the mouthguard I decided against it, I don’t need my teeth shifting around or developing TMJ. I’m not usually one who likes to leave a bad review, but I really don’t like when a company either cons or lies to their customers. This is a long over due review. What seemingly felt like the best customer service from the front to the back, left me at the very end with discernment that something wasn’t right when they presented the final billing.
