I gave a two star rating because they are open and did some work. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE. Very frustrating system. You don't see an actual doctor till after 3 visits when they have measured and made the oral device. The office lady who does this is very short and has a problem understanding comments, she cuts you off and has an argumentative tone. She makes up stuff and puts in her notes. My very first appointment was scheduled when they were apparently on lunch hour. The sign on the door said to the wait in the waiting room because of lunch and they will grab patients from the waiting room when they re-open. They opened the office after lunch and left me sitting there. After waiting for awhile, I heard voices and walked down the hall to discover they were open. I cannot stress enough what a mess this agency is. It has taken two full years to receive my custom dental device, in large part due to incompetency and chaos of the office/administrative team. For example, they kept sending me a document that the doctor had to complete for over a month. I had to speak to multiple people before it was finally sent to the doctor to complete. Totally frustrating. I would give a negative 10 stars. Staff answers in a friendly manner, but no one follows through or gets back to you. There's always an excuse.

I was referred for sleep apnea and my overall experience has been very positive. I had an oral appliance made and it has significantly helped with my snoring (according to my husband). The follow up calls and appointments have all been helpful. The staff is so personable and make me feel like a valued patient.
