Why are we paying for zoom calls as visits? Just so you can tell me to fill out forms.. shouldn't there be medical professionals working there that can actually read people's names properly?
I will be asking my primary care physician for a referral to a new sleep specialist and strongly request that this clinic not be considered. This has been one of the most disappointing healthcare experiences I have had. I only saw the physician during my initial appointment. Worst experience I have had with a doctors office by far. The front staff do not speak English fluently. Every time I called them there was a language barrier and they couldn't understand me. They also blatantly lied to me. I called twice with a medical question and was told the medical assistant would give me a call back today.
