Excellent!! from the front desk to the doctor everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The Dr was very professional and was able to help me find what best will work for me. Sleep test was easy and straightforward

They never pick up their calls, they mumble and are barely audible during their calls if for some miracle you're able to get through as other reviews reported. They bill you but don't give you a way to pay for their bill, it's quite ridiculous actually. I wish I had reviews before blindly trusting a reference from my dr.

The worst. The people who work there (if they are not a call center) are impossible to deal with. They whisper or mumble on the phone, you can't get a straight answer out of them (if they even answer the phone). I spent weeks just trying to get my prescription to the supply company only to find out they sent it to some random company.

if i could give 0 (ZERO) i would. this place is a scam. my appt was scheduled thru the va community care. the appt location was in killeen, but the dr comes from austin...sorry, not driving to austin if i can avoid it and she balked at living up to the community care contract at coming to killeen. she was late. i had to call for specific directions because it gave an address but no suite # and there were several different businesses in the building. then the meeting with dr v didn't go well as she wouldn't listen. the va cal... read more

Doctor was late to every “30 minute” appointment (only stayed on call for 5 minutes every time) and was no help. On first visit, she said my tongue was just too big for my mouth. After my sleep study she told me there’s actually nothing wrong with my sleeping (even after revealing that the sleep study didn’t work correctly because it only logged me as sleeping 4 hours per night instead of 8-9).
