I had a great experience here, the staff was super helpful, especially when it came to before and aftercare. They made the experience really quick, easy, and as painless as possible. I signed up for the membership, its so worth it. I wont be going anywhere else!
I have used Britni several times and she has been professional and quick. So sad that I won’t be coming back since Jordan at the front desk just turned me away for being 2 minutes late. She repeated herself over and over about their 5 minute policy and refused to let me in even though I called ahead to say I was a few minutes behind and was willing to pay extra and tip extra for being tardy. As a small business owner myself I’m sure I would never treat a customer the way I was just treated.
