Roberto I have to warn others. Didn't listen to my request, told him I have a round head shape, and not to go to high and keep it square. Rounded me into a cone head. Too short on front. I'm embarrassed, and when I raised my concern he just smiled and shrugged it off and said it'll grow back. No care at all.
