*correction* 1/2 star for the friendliness of the staff. My young son went in for what was supposed to be a luxury curly haircut- his first EVER curly hair cut- so we paid thinking it was "luxury". Advertised as 1 hr -described as "never rushed". We showed up early and he was not taken to the chair until 30 minutes INTO his appointment (yes I checked) and then sent to pay AFTER 30 minutes. I have been to so many hairdressers over the years, and never have I gotten the results that Melissa delivers. In the past, I’ve had stylists start my hair, make me feel awkward, then leave to cut someone else’s hair — handing me off to someone else to finish.
