I believe in offering the best in customer service because in the long run, that's what people remember and come back to. They come back to SHR because they were treated right. Great customer service and vast knowledge
When I ran into motor problems on an 2011 800 etec, I contacted SHR for a 860 with a trued crank. I know enough about motors to realize that I don't belong working on them, big john was helpful in answering all my questions even on weekends when I was in Cooke City and I caught him working in the shop. I have since ordered several smaller parts for various sleds and have had the same success. A person that takes pride in what they build and products that leave his door!
