Very Christian company that don’t obey by their values, it’s like being stuck into the 50s with the mindset of men over rule all. Women aren’t valued there. I had such a bad experience working with little boys in my dept. My supervisor even was a belittling little child. Wouldnt allow growth, had to be their slave. They played games. Talked about everyone and degraded every women there. To much sexual talk among them. I have videos and an email from the owner knowing I had issues there. They paid me well. I used to work here awhile back, great place to work. They treat their employees very fair and also more than fair at times. I miss working at SledgeCraft every now and then.
