The guys at the Sled Shop went out of their way to help me out on a Saturday afternoon last winter. My sled was misfiring and getting worse. Although they were busy, they managed to find time to clean the carb. Huge favor, above and beyond the call. Super fair price too!
I thought about a new sled. But bought a used sled to get to know the product better. Thank god i didnt. Told that they were going to service it. No service was done. I cleaned all.the carb off the ends. and i have replaced battery. And spark plugs. Only for it to only make it to gas station. And more problems. Im done with the thing. I dont want to be stuck. Just took delivery on a 2018 Summit 850. I can’t say enough about Kevin and his team, especially Chris. I added quite a bit of accessories to the build, and the Sled Shop team walked me through the pros & cons of each accessory. Moving into a back country sled was a big move for me. From the day I met Kevin last season, when he hauled my broken down Polaris 70 miles out of the woods, to my new delivery yesterday, he constantly shows the highest level of integrity in both his personal life and his business.
