We had a very bad lightening storm this afternoon. Lightening hit very close to our power line knocking out our power. Reported the outage and within a very short period of time power was restored. Thank you.
The customer service like to talk down to people they need to realize that some people go through hard times you don't gotta bring up the fact that they missed the bill specially after they pay it as soon as these things happen Cheryl needs to learn how to talk to people she does not have any people skills.
