Your sales guy JD doesn’t have good communication. You came to aerate my lawn, I was told would be coreless and there are thousands of cores all over. He gave me some bogus equipment failure answer, told me they wouldn’t come blow the cores up, never emailed me back and then you charged me full price. That’s not how I treat my customers. I emailed your admin today to discuss cancelling the rest of my contract and no one emailed back.
