I would not recommend dealing with Steve, the owner of this business. Steve uses access to buildings in the downtown Chicago area that he is working on to conduct other “personal” business. He represents these properties as potential living spaces for himself.
This company has a great niche - commercial flooring. They do carpet, hardwood sales, installation - even repairs. You get really great service & pricing. Highly recommend
