I’ve been looking for a new home salon and today I found it.. Amber’s hands are BLESSED. I came in for a sew in w/ closure when I saw she ATE she Ate left no crumbs…(From the foundation to the layers to the curls) Everything was amazing. I’ll definitely be going back.

I had the worst experience at this salon with Amber! She was very rude, disrespectful, rough, and damaged my hair! I now have heat damage when I didn’t before. She also cut my hair uneven and didn’t cut all my split ends. For someone who’s been doing hair for 20 years, she needs to go back to school because she doesn’t know what she’s doing. It’s also clear she hates herself and her job for treating complete strangers like that. I received a sew in with a closure done by Jovan for my birthday. I was highly pleased with the service, the atmosphere, and end result. I did not have to come pre-washed like most hairstylists require. Tens across the board!!

I’m genuinely disappointed to be writing this, because I was really looking forward to my appointment. I arrived 10 minutes early for my 1:00 PM appointment and wasn’t seen until around 1:15. I had selected the “any professional” option and was booked with Javon. However, when I arrived, he took a client that was waiting in the sitting area, which delayed my service.
