I'm not sure what has happened to others, but I like Slayton. I bought a previously used dell from them andit's still running. it slowed down a bit but with a little help it's runnning almost new. I can find used and new parts at a fair price, and their techs really know their stuff. If you are a do it yourselfer, you can fins everything you need to build a very fast and powerful computer
A GUY NAME CHRIS THAT WORKS THERE SOLD ME A LABTOP THAT HAD A VIRUS. I RETURNED THE LAB TOP A WEEK LATER AND THEY CHARGED ME 60.00 TO TAKE THE LABTOP BACK. I WAS VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THAT I GOT THERE. IT WAS NOT WORTH THE MONEY THAT I LOST, DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE PURCHASE A USED LABTOP FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I gave this business 1 star because 0 stars was not an option. I was treated with by far the worst customer service when i went into Slayton Computers with a computer problem. I will never go here again and i recommend you don't either. They are so far from proffesional and customer service oriented its not even funny.
