In from out of town, website says walk-ins accepted but wait was over 40 minutes for a chin wax? Never any follow up or signs that it was getting close to my service being performed? They had nice clean bathrooms. :)
Expensive for nothing special. Christy is careless, rough, and aggressive. She hurt me, I was bleeding and she acted like nothing happened. The salon is in downtown Riverside which means parking is not easily available.
Nail technicians should be held accountable for being transparent and sharing prices before starting any service. I was charged $75 for a fill -- which is extremely high considering the front desk lists a full set at $95. A fair price should be closer to $35 plus tip. This is now the third time I've had this kind of frustrating experience with MK. To my ladies: always ask for a full price breakdown before your service to protect your wallet and peace of mind. This is the first time for me to go to Slay me nails. Christy did a wonderful job on my nails. She's knowledgeable and perfectionist. The shop is clean and everyone seems to be very nice, I left very happy 😊
