The experience at this office left me feeling hopeless and still in the pain I went there with in the first place. I was promised to see the doctor and once I got there, I only saw the nurse. They sent me for another MRI and told me my kidney stone was gone. I knew I was not still feeling well but they would not listen. Then shortly after, I ended up back in the ER.
