I had to specifiy why this guy wasnt euiped to fix a basic repair (he asked). I was trying to discrete. He couldn't remove the oil plug. Granted, it was stripped, but he didn't have the tools or time to fix it. I'm not mad you didn't charge me for a referral, seeing how you didn't do any work, so how could you charge someone for that? I did go to place on ceder that fixed it in 15 mins. That's a fact. He could

I left a post earlier stating he couldn't fix a basic repair. He replied and said my post was fabricated and asked for specific details. So, here you go. You couldn't fix a stripped plug for the oil pan. You said it was something only a dealership could do. I went down the street, and it was fixed inside of 15mins. That's a fact. Don't go here. I had basic repair that he wasn't able to fix. Advised me to take my car to a dealership where I would end up paying 2x as much. I thought it must really bad if he said that, but I ended up going to a mechanic on cedar Street. Within 15 minutes the repair was done, and I paid less than 100. I feel like bc he knew I was on a budget, he knew he couldn't get more out of me. So he didn't feel like making the most basic repair, was very unenthusiastic, and just was content for me to take my business else where.

Rude and unprofessional. Not helpful or caring. Failed NYS Inpection because of small pebble preventing the back seat belt from connecting. Took approximately 20 sec to remove pebble and seat belt works as intended.
