This company is the WORST! Derek the property manger is extremely rude , condensing & ignorant when it comes to residents addressing their concerns with him. This company has signs across the property stating that marijuana is not allowed on property. Multiple residents have complained about a Blue Truck & Black SUV that has been consistently coming on property when he is just a visitor and continues smoking on property. To make our power outage worse, Slavik turned the water off for our entire apartment complex. Stating that it was a recommendation from the city, they said they turned it off to prevent pipes from freezing. I called the city and they specifically said they had received a call from Slavik, and did NOT recommend turning off the water. Nothing makes a power outage worse than having absolutely no water. Outrageous, cruel and inhumane. Not to mention this would certainly cause the pipes to freeze as the lines were not blown out. ... read more
