To make our power outage worse, Slavik turned the water off for our entire apartment complex. Stating that it was a recommendation from the city, they said they turned it off to prevent pipes from freezing. I called the city and they specifically said they had received a call from Slavik, and did NOT recommend turning off the water. Nothing makes a power outage worse than having absolutely no water. Outrageous, cruel and inhumane. Not to mention this would certainly cause the pipes to freeze as the lines were not blown out. ... read more

I had some extensive communication with the new manager who supervises the apartment village where I live, Timberlea Village Apartments, in Rochester Hills. Her name is Bree. She was very kind, professional, and attentive to my needs.
