To make our power outage worse, Slavik turned the water off for our entire apartment complex. Stating that it was a recommendation from the city, they said they turned it off to prevent pipes from freezing. I called the city and they specifically said they had received a call from Slavik, and did NOT recommend turning off the water. Nothing makes a power outage worse than having absolutely no water. I had some extensive communication with the new manager who supervises the apartment village where I live, Timberlea Village Apartments, in Rochester Hills. Her name is Bree. She was very kind, professional, and attentive to my needs.
