Great Tattoo Place After a few consultations, I finally got my tattoo at Aaron Bell's Slave to the Needle. It was something I've been meaning to do for years and even though I didn't request the coolest or most original tattoo, I was treated with the utmost respect and appreciation for my business. More places need to be like Slave to the Needle!

Great Tattooing experience I got my last tattoo years ago when I was in the military. I had been on the fence whether I’d ever get another one. One of my friends had gotten a really impressive sleeve done by Aaron Bell and it encouraged me to get a new one. I’m really pleased with the work on the tattoo and am now kicking around the possibility of getting yet another one!

Great Work and Service Slave to the Needle obliged my silly cliched tattoo idea to get my children's names tattooed on my body. Even though it's a common tattoo that parents have been getting for a million years, Aaron and his staff treated me as if I was getting the most original, important tattoo on Earth...which to me, it is. I really appreciate that more than I could ever say or type. Thank you guys.

A great tattoo experience It's been awhile since I got my last tattoo and I've been in the marked for a new one. To commemorate the good things that have been going for me this year, I went searching for the right tattoo place for me. After asking several of my younger friends, I stopped by Aaron Bell's Slave to the Needle. The place was leaps and bounds better than any of the tattoo parlors I remember visiting as a younger man. I didn't know that friendly tattooists existed. My first exploratory visit and I was sold. I made... read more

Great Shop The premier shop to get inked! I've gotten two tattoos done here (including my first one) and I have to say that I will continue to cone here for all my tattoo needs. While the shop is small (at least smaller than the Ballard location) I never feel cramped in there! The staff is nice and welcoming but at the same time charismatic and fun to be around. Last time I was in they offered me some food since they were about to order some, I declined since I was meeting a friend after to eat, but the gesture was nonethele... read more

Fun folks with skilled hands I decided to be the “world’s best dad” and do the generic (but still pretty sweet) thing of getting my daughter’s name tattooed on my body . I’m not a tough guy or a liar so I will admit that it hurt, but it was nice to be at a place like Slave to the Needle. Everyone gave me a good natured ribbing that really took my mind off the fact that needles were puncturing my skin...repeatedly. This was my first tattoo, so it was really a special experience for me, and I appreciate Aaron and com... read more

Death by Needle Yes the tattoos look great but service is less than desirable. They seem a little unprepared and unorganized. I got a large tattoo done there with a lot of filling in and a few details. I went there 2 times prior to my actual tattoo date to discuss the design and process. When it was time for my appointment the guy didn't have a big enough needle so he just scrapped me to death with a smaller needle. It took 2 more hours than it needed to be. Also, don't expect them to design anything for you. Go in with your... read more

Perfect My wife and I decided to get matching tattoos for our 30th Anniversary. We followed the recommendation of my son (which in this case was actually a good idea) and went to the Slave to the Needle in Wallingford. I won’t say I’m a fan of the idea of getting a tattoo, but after having the finished product forever etched into my skin, I can say it was worth it.

Worth it! I shopped around for a tattoo in the area and settled on Slave to the Needle in Seattle because a close workmate had nothing but glowing reviews for them. They were very respecting of my tattoo desires and treated my slightly cliché tattoo like it was one of a kind (which to me it was. It meant a great deal). I will now do my part to recommend them to whoever I know who is looking for a tattoo.
