Nurse threatened to spank my kids.
If I could give zero stars I would, the way they treated my mother in the er was absolutely disgusting she came in an ambulance not being able to breathe. I had to call them and yell at them to give her IV fluids HOURS after she arrived!! they should have done that in the beginning! They were extremely rough with her she has bruises on her from them. they wanted to discharge her when clearly she couldn’t breathe whatsoever! They ended up taking her to a different hospital all the way in Tofield which she FINALLY got the care... read more
I was very surprised to see all the negative comments and surprised that the emergency closes at 11 pm. I was visiting in Slave Lake and had a terrible fall on ice. I had to go to the emergency. All the staff we very helpful and friendly. I waited for just over an hour to see Dr. Raj Singh who treated me very well and was even able to diagnose a problem that I have suffered with for sometime. I am very thankful for the help that I have received there.
