They may need more staff as can't even answer calls . Or perhaps need to be able to book online
I called to try and book an appointment at the clinic, called for 15 minutes no answer. Called the hospital number to see if something was wrong with the phone since I couldn’t get through. The emerg lady rudely snapped. “There’s nothing I can do about it” ok thanks for nothing. Called the clinic again for 15 minutes and now they are closed. So not very convenient! A person shouldn’t have to call for 30 mins straight and still not get an appointment.
I'm not sure if they're short staffed, but ever since I moved here in April I have found that they have a hard time answering phones. It's frustrating when I'm trying to either make or reschedule an appointment.
