I purchased (2) 18” raw bundles on 7/24/25 and 8/3/25. I received the order confirmation and no further communication. I allowed 10-12 business days per the shipping policy. After which I sent multiple messages-called (left voicemails) and texted with no response. The hair was for my bday and didn’t arrive in time. As of 9/1/25 there is still no response. I ended up having to dispute the charges with my bank which I’ve never had to do before. Disappointed is an understatement
She is the best. Great at what she does and very informative about keeping my hair together. Gave me exactly the look I was going for!!
