I have had the pleasure of working with Slatter since 2006. Great company with dedicated employees, and they have always been very responsive. One of their employees in particular, Nelsy, is absolutely great and works incredibly hard to make sure things are always done correctly in our neighborhood. Kudos!

Terrible company. Make up policy as they go. If you can move into a home without Slatter DO SO!! I cannot wait for our community to replace them. Votes are adding up.

I have been working with Slatter for close to 10 years now as a vendor. I can honestly say they are one of the most professional property management companies that I am associated with. The managers are always helpful and informative and payment turnaround is always quick. The entire staff is top notch.

They are bullies to people in our neighborhood (Ingle Park) about things that occur at awkward times of the year (pressure washing a house during winter months). However certain residents are allowed to leave toilets in their front yards by a bush for months and park in front of a fire hydrant everyday.

Where can I start one of the Worse HOA companies manage the neighborhood they do not care about the residents, they are worried more about the money and the interests if the builder. It is worse then living in an apartment complex. Have to ask for permission to do anything to your house. HOA Has gone up on due every year and nothing to show for it. Dues are currently over $60 and they have the option to go up 5% every year. Was told as the neighborhood grows the dues would go down but when they opened the new phase they went... read more

Back in November 2019 I purchased the property, at the rear there is a wedge of land that belongs to me BUT is was not fenced in and looked liked that part of the property belonged to Ron Wiley of . So i fenced it off 6 foot high as the it could be claimed by Ron Wiley as stated by NC law on land. inside the boundry line not on it. just case you are asking yourselfs.
