Damaged Clothes and Bad Customer Service – I would definiately not recommend this company. I have had nothing but negative experiences. I originally used Slater-White on New Braunfels because they have a branch near my home, but will never use them again! Here's why: 1. I took a suit with soup splashed on the leg to be cleaned. They cleaned it two times and the soup was still there. I took it to another cleaners and they were able to remove the soup the first time. 2. They broke the zipper on a formal dress of mine. Rip Off Artists – If you enjoy paying 24.95 to have one dress cleaned that comes back with a huge stain on it, then this is the place for you! Terrible service, can't clean and surly attitudes! Buyer Beware!
Good Job, but Pricey – They do a good job and are fast, but they're a bit pricey. They are a little better than a lot of others!!!
No Price List – They did a good job cleaning the garments however, they did not provide a price list when I asked them. I did not know how much the bill would be until the job was finished.
