I threw my back out on Wednesday, and this afternoon on Friday, I was taking a shower, and I leaned over to turn the water off, and intense pain shot into my lower back. I ended up getting really light headed, and I ended up passing out and I woke up laying down in the bath tub. (I don't remember everything that happened.) I went to see the doctor and I waited 2 hours to even see him and all he said was to take ibuprofen and use a heating pad on my lower back.
